Officer Spotlight- Rebecca Pollet

Today's officer spotlight is National President Rebecca Pollet!

Rebecca joined the board in 2007 and has served as National Historian, Custodian, Editor-in-Chief, and 1st Vice President. She is an initiate of the Lambda chapter where she served as Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary. She currently lives in Michigan where she works as a postdoctoral research at the University of Michigan. She studies how the bacteria in our intestines help us break down food, especially starch from potatoes and corn (picture below is her in the lab!).

She is an alumna of Kappa Delta sorority and continues to volunteer with collegiate chapters.
