Grand Total Donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities

Delta Beta Sigma's 2019-2020 National Philanthropy was the Ronald McDonald House Charities. RMHC serves families with loved ones being treated in a hospital by providing them with temporary housing and meals. This year we raised a total of $87,573.50! The money each chapter raised went directly to a local House, benefiting the families in our members' own communities.

The Houses are using these funds to pay the electric bill, cover room expenses, purchase meals for families, and so much more. In additional to financial donations, chapters collected items needed for these houses like canned goods and cleaning products. Our chapters remained in close contact with the House directors throughout the year to see how our DBS members could help. In a time of economic uncertainty, Delta Beta Sigma has been able to meet important needs in our communities. We are so proud of our DBS sisters!
